There’s no real negative to this grill but just an fyi if you’re cooking something like fish, chicken, steak, you will need to spray it with cooking oil or I tend to oil my chicken or fish in a bowl before I put it on the grill so that way when I flip the food both sides are oiled. I’ve had another nice little indoor grill before this which was too small but did cook both sides at once and that spoiled me for a while. This Hamilton Beach Indoor Grill is the only one that tops how much I loved that grill.
