Hey fam! I’m Alaina, first and foremost, a woman of faith, a fitness trainer/businesswoman, a wife and mom of four. My relationship with God and spirituality are the guiding forces behind everything I do, including my journey to health and wellness.

After my last child, I found myself feeling rundown, tired, and just unhappy with my reflection in the mirror. Not to mention, certain foods left me feeling bloated and sluggish, far from the energized state I knew I should be in.

It was during this time that I stumbled upon a transformative fitness journey guided by a renowned fitness professional. Following their workout and nutrition plan, I experienced a remarkable shift – feeling better in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s. This life change definitely ignited a passion within me to share my journey and help others overcome their own health obstacles.

Initially considering a career in nursing, I ultimately found my calling as a fitness professional. It’s where my heart truly lies. I believe in empowering individuals to achieve their goals and find joy in their own skin, just as I have.

Through the years, I’ve witnessed a flood of false information, quick-fix fad diets, and detox cleanses that do more harm than good. It’s disheartening, and it’s why I’m committed to offering you nothing but honesty. I refuse to set you up for failure because I’ve been there, and I understand the frustration it brings. Even when the truth may be tough to swallow, I promise to keep it 100 with you every step of the way.
